FNCA Teams Step-by-Step Help

Use this guide to accept your invitation, choose the correct Microsoft account, and find FNCA—even if you already use Teams for another organization.

One Login, Two Organizations

Your regular work email was invited to FNCA as a guest.

Use your existing login, then switch organizations from your profile menu.

Two Separate Teams Logins

FNCA invited a different email address than the one already open in Teams.

Select your profile picture, choose Add another account, and use the invited email.

Get Connected in Four Steps

Open your FNCA invitation

Find the invitation sent to the email address you provided to FNCA. Select Open Microsoft Teams or Accept Invitation.

Helpful note: Use the same email address that received the invitation when Microsoft asks you to sign in.

Choose the correct account

If Microsoft asks you to choose Personal or Work or school, select the account connected to the invited email address.

Helpful note: For most organization-issued email addresses, choose Work or school account.

Switch into FNCA

In Teams, select your profile picture in the upper-right corner. Under accounts and organizations, choose Facility Notification Centers Association or FNCA (Guest).

Helpful note: You can switch back to your regular organization from this same menu—there is no need to sign out.

Find your FNCA teams

Select Teams from the left menu. Open the FNCA team and the committee channels available to you.

Helpful note: You should be able to view posts, shared files, recordings, and committee conversations.
