We are a group of individuals for Notification Centers near and far who strive to provide quality service to our Centers’ Members. Our two part Mission is to:

1. Increase FNCA membership and committee engagement by the members.
2. Collaborate as Member Service Departments sharing Best Practices, challenges, processes and innovative ideas.
